What we do
Living in Kingston
Kingston is a part of the London Borough of Kingston upon Thames, and has a lot to offer both historically and culturally. Some of the area’s most famous attractions are its fantastic shops, which are perfect, if you’re a fan of designer items and unique boutiques. Kingston is home to one of the most famous shops in London, Bentalls, which was opened in the 1800s. In place of this store now stands the Bentall Centre, which attracts thousands of shoppers every year. The Royal Park of Richmond is located very close to Kingston, and is a wonderful place to explore, if you’re looking for a little bit of nature, as deer and other wildlife can often be seen here. There are also lots of other sights to be found in Kingston, including the Hampton Court Palace, the Coronation Stone from which Kingston derives its name, and the family-friendly adventure park, Chessington World of Adventures. No matter what your age is, Kingston has something to offer for everyone!
