What we do
The Leafy Suburb Of Chiswick
The W4 area of west London is part of the Borough of Hounslow and is a leafy suburb known as Chiswick. Located alongside the River Thames, it is 6 miles away from the central district of Charing Cross and has its own stop in zone 3 of the District tube line. The Turnham Green and Stamford Brook stations are also found in the area, while the nearby Acton Town stop provides access to the Piccadilly line. As well as having good underground links, the area is also well-positioned for anyone wanting access to the M25 and M4 road links and also has its own train station with links to London Waterloo. Property prices here tend to be well above the London average, with houses surrounded by own gardens and spacious living areas. The area is also known for being relatively safe and is full of quiet, leafy streets that differ a lot from the bustling city centre. Residents will find that there are a good selection of international restaurants and independent shops along the main streets, while Chiswick House and Hogarth’s House that also worth a visit. Gunnersbury, Kew Bridge and Richmond can also be found close-by and have some well-known sights and streets to explore.
